Role Overview - IT Helpdesk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and top-notch support to users via phone, email, chat, and
  ticketing systems
• Accurately troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/application issues
• Maintain timely documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support as per SOPs
• Stay up to date with standard operating procedures and client-specific protocols
• Maintain high-quality service levels and meet/exceed SLA targets
• Exhibit subject matter expertise across client tools, systems, and processes
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes
• Familiarity with Windows XP+, Windows 7/10, Vista & Mac OS X
• Understanding of Active Directory and ticketing tools
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent listening, probing, and customer service orientation
• Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
