IT Finance Business Analyst

As an IT Finance Support Analyst at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting finance projects and end users on various applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting and defining local finance needs for finance solutions - Coordinating with group IT Finance solution for opportunity and feasibility studies - Formalizing requirements for change requests and discussing them with group IT teams - Documenting user manuals, creating user acceptance testing scenarios, and managing process workflows - Coordinating tests and assisting users in testing new features or solutions - Training local users on new features or solutions - Collecting and following up on bugs with group IT teams - Ensuring compliance of IFS system use with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations Additionally, you will provide user assistance and support for finance-related tasks and ERP system issues. You will also conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities and updates. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-4 years of experience in finance roles or ERP support - Qualification in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration; ERP certification preferred - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance and project management - Understanding of ERP implementation methodology - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel - Familiarity with IFS accounting software or other ERP systems is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team In addition to technical competencies, personal qualities such as communication, coordination, being well-organized, having interpersonal skills, and being a team player are essential for this role. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French would be an advantage.,
