Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our internal IT infrastructure and support our growing team. This role is crucial in maintaining a reliable technology environment for our employees to deliver seamless educational experiences. Key Responsibilities: IT Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, printers, applications, connectivity). System Administration: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of internal IT systems, including user accounts, permissions, and basic network devices. Hardware & Software Management: Manage IT inventory, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and basic repair/maintenance of IT equipment. Assist with software license management. Network Operations: Monitor basic network performance and connectivity, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff. Security Awareness: Promote and ensure adherence to IT security best practices among employees. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and basic IT procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).1 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with common office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, G Suite). Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
