Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Infrastructure Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems. Ensure that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. Regularly monitor system performance and implement upgrades, patches, and backups as needed. 2. Network & Security Management: Develop and implement IT security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the companys digital assets from external and internal threats. Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, and backup systems to ensure the safety of sensitive data. Perform regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions. File Server Management, Providing/Denying the access on Folders. Provide Sharing & Security Access on Shared Folder Installation of Microsoft Windows, office, network devices, CCTV server installation 3. Software & Hardware Management: Oversee the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology systems. Ensure that all technology assets are aligned with business goals and objectives. Work with departments to identify and implement software solutions that improve productivity. 4. Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with external IT service providers, vendors, and contractors. Evaluate, negotiate, and purchase IT equipment, software, and services as needed. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. 5. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures in case of system failures or security breaches. Ensure regular backups and recovery processes are in place and tested. 6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all IT processes comply with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies. Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, policies, and changes in the IT environment. 7. Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage the IT department’s annual budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising system performance or security. 8. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level support to resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Establish a help desk system to address day-to-day technical issues raised by employees. 9. Technology Strategy & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations, and recommend new tools, systems, and practices to improve operations. Align IT strategies with the company's long-term goals and business growth. 10. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient daily operations and support. Assign tasks and projects to IT staff and monitor progress. Foster a collaborative environment and provide training to team members to keep up with new technology trends. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in IT management or related roles. Working Conditions: May be required to work after hours or on weekends for system upgrades or troubleshooting.
