Job Title: IT Executive Company: Innovverity Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Innovverity is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems and providing general IT support within an office environment. This role requires both technical know-how and the ability to troubleshoot and manage IT-related functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain CRM software, including user support, updates, troubleshooting, and integration with other platforms. Provide technical support to staff, including hardware, software, network, and system issues. Coordinate with external IT service providers as needed. Ensure system security and data backups are in place and up to date. Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure (computers, printers, routers, etc.). Maintain IT documentation and inventory of hardware/software. Assist in implementing new software tools and training team members as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support, preferably with CRM system exposure (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of networking concepts, system administration, and security best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
