Job Description

Key Responsibilities: SAP Support: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP B1 module. System & Network Support: Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems . User Training & Assistance: Help end-users with SAP functionalities, IT tools, and troubleshooting issues . Follow-ups & Coordination: Coordinate with SAP consultants, vendors, and service providers to resolve IT issues. Track pending IT requests and ensure timely closure. IT Asset Management: Maintain records of IT hardware, software licenses, and system configurations . Data Backup & Security: Assist in data backup procedures, system security updates, and user access management . ERP & Process Improvement: Support IT team in enhancing SAP processes and implementing system optimizations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain IT logs, user issues, and resolution reports for management review. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field . Experience: 2-4 years in IT support with hands-on SAP experience . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP B1 module and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and system administration .
