Roles & Responsibility We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will possess a strong understanding of various IT disciplines, including but not limited to: Network Administration: Managing and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security. Hardware & Software Support: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware (desktops, laptops, servers), peripherals (printers, scanners), and software applications. Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats (e.g., antivirus, firewalls). CCTV Surveillance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, monitoring footage, and responding to security incidents. Electronic Access Control (ELV): Installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems (e.g., card readers, biometric systems), managing user access permissions.
