IT Executive

1. ERP System Management (SAP, NetSuite, TCS iON, Zoho)

• Ensure smooth daily operations of ERP platforms used by the company.
• Support users with ERP issues, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, patches, or technical issues.
• Maintain user access rights, role creation, and authorization controls.
• Regularly perform data validation and ensure accuracy across all modules.

2. System Implementation & Configuration

• Assist in new module setup, configuration, and testing across ERP systems.
• Support migration activities—data cleaning, mapping, and upload accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for process flows, SOPs, and technical configurations.

3. IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Track and close IT support tickets as per SLA.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports through SAP/NetSuite/Zoho/TCS iON as required.
• Ensure secure data backup and follow data management protocols.
• Maintain audit logs and ensure compliance with IT policies.

5. User Training & Coordination

• Train employees on ERP modules and IT tools.
• Prepare manuals/guides for users to improve system adoption.
• Coordinate with departments to understand tech requirements and provide solutions.

6. IT Infrastructure Monitoring

• Monitor servers, networks, antivirus, email, and other core systems.
• Maintain asset records for laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, domain, and software.

7. Compliance & Security

• Implement IT security guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor potential security threats and respond proactively.
• Ensure data privacy and prevent unauthorized access to systems.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Suggest improvements in ERP workflows and automation opportunities.
• Evaluate new tools/software that can enhance business efficiency.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
