IT Executive

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive with 4 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and networking, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

• Monitor all network and activity by Spicejet Network Application.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware and networking issues, including Windows and printer problems.
• Install, configure, and support on-site networks.
• Identify and resolve user problems, providing advice and training.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Create and configure email accounts using C-panel, mail backup, and restore in mail clients, MS Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019.
• Manage firewall policies and allow web site access for users.
• Set up users and groups, organizational units, profiles, home folders, and group policies.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hardware and networking.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with DCS programming language and SAP Hana implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Qualification: BCA/MCA & B.E (Computer Science).
