Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive with 4 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and networking, as well as experience with DCS programming language.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor all network and activity using Spicejet Network Application.
Troubleshoot computer hardware and networking issues, including Windows and printer problems.
Install, configure, and support on-site networks.
Identify and resolve user problems, providing advice and training.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and peripheral equipment.
Create and configure email accounts using C-panel, manage mail backup and restore in mail clients, and implement SAP Hana.
Manage firewall policies, approve websites for users, and create users/groups, organizational units, profiles, home folders, and group policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hardware and networking.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BCA/MCA).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience with DCS programming language and SAP Hana implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
