Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and applications.
Installation & Maintenance: Laptop Configuration, VPN Setup, installing software, performing hardware maintenance (like replacing parts), and managing updates, Providing Printer support to the users, Remote desktop Support.
User Assistance: Offering both remote and on-site help to users, including training and guidance
Documentation & Security: Maintaining records of issues and solutions, and ensuring all devices comply with company security policies, Maintaining asset inventory records.
Networking: Troubleshooting basic network issues.
