IT Escalation Expert - SAP Basis Installation/Migration/Upgrade

As a Technical Consultant at SAP, your main role is to support ECS customers for SAP innovative products. You will de-escalate system build related escalations, analyze and implement SAP support methodology, understand high availability or disaster recovery architecture, and coordinate implementation tasks. Your key responsibilities include: - De-escalating system build related escalations - Analyzing and implementing SAP support methodology - Understanding high availability or disaster recovery architecture - Owning, leading, executing, and coordinating implementation tasks - Delivering high-quality system build service - Performing DB monitoring & administration and BASIS monitoring & administration - Proficiency in HANA HSR and Tenant Replication To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 7+ years of SAP Technical Administration experience - Certification on SAP S/4HANA, BODS/BI & Convergent Charging - Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture - Experience in managing scale-up and scale-out scenarios - Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and cloud technologies - Ability to coordinate delivery and projects as a technical lead - Experience in Installation, Upgrade, and Migration activities on ABAP and NON-ABAP SAP products - Working knowledge on the Hyperscalers like Azure, AWS, GCP will be an added advantage You will be working in the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services with the Technical Operation Unit (TECH-OP) team, which is responsible for running SAP's ECS External customer landscape. Together with highly motivated and skilled engineers, you will build, manage, and run customer landscapes in SAP DC and Hyperscalers like Azure, GCP, AWS with the most advanced technology.
