IT & ERP Executive

You will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, ERP system, IT strategy and planning, and data management and security. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software to ensure availability, performance, and security. - Planning and implementing upgrades, patches, and replacements as required. - Monitoring and resolving IT-related issues and providing timely technical support to users. - Managing and administering the company's ERP system, collaborating with stakeholders to align with business needs. - Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the ERP system and providing user training and ongoing support. - Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization. - Collaborating with senior management to define IT budgets and managing IT resources effectively. - Ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of company data. - Implementing data backup and disaster recovery procedures and enforcing security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in real estate workflow, SOPs, system administration, and network administration. - Education qualification of BCA/ BSc. Computers. - Technical skills in MS Office and Strategic ERP platforms.
