Deliver full life cycle Techno functional support for Infor ERP LN 10.4/CS Supply Chain/ Logistics/Warehouse/Finance functional areas. Experience on project implementations as a senior team member or team lead. Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading gap-fit analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing, client user training Ability to work independently manage small engagements or parts of large engagements Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to: Procure-to-Pay (PTP) o Order-to-Cash (OTC) o General Ledger (GL) o Fixed Asset Management (FA) o Budgeting o Manufacturing o Warehouse, Planning o Cash Management o Expense Management • Ability to manage customer expectations considering current and planned solution capabilities • Actively participate in status meetings and escalate issues that need attention by management • Willingness to mentor junior staff • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
