Description
As a part of the global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability, your role will involve administering and monitoring the environment, safety & health (EHS) and ESG applications. You will interact with global leaders and end-users on a daily basis, providing technical expertise and guidance on EHS compliance tools. Your responsibilities will also include providing application support, resolving problem tickets, managing the VelocityEHS environment, and conducting troubleshooting and resolution of application performance issues. Additionally, you will participate in continuous process improvement, perform maintenance activities, and coordinate EHS system training efforts for various business platforms and units. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical resource for EHS leaders and end-users on compliance tools - Provide first and second level application support - Manage and maintain the VelocityEHS environment - Gather requirements, make configuration changes, and conduct testing in various environments - Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues - Support vendor and system relationships - Perform periodic maintenance activities for the applications - Coordinate and provide EHS system training efforts - Publish and maintain internal training and reference tools - Apply project management skills when applicable Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health and Safety, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area - Fluent in written and spoken English - 3-5 years of experience in EHS programs and relevant software - Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and networking skills - Results-oriented, collaborative, with a delivery focus - Global experience preferred In addition to your role, the company is committed to sustainability and reducing carbon emissions through HVACR technology and cold chain solutions.
