IT Developer (SuiteCommerce)

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Functional Consultants, QA Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality NetSuite and SuiteCommerce solutions. This role involves close coordination with global stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You ll Do

Integrate SuiteCommerce Advanced with other NetSuite modules and third-party applications

• Develop and maintain SuiteCommerce Advanced extensions using the SuiteCommerce Advanced Extensions framework
• Provide technical expertise to the team. This includes the recommendation of solution alternatives and the identification of risks.
• Develop wire-frame and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering.
• Follow software quality process and methodology standards, including those for design, data quality, code, version control, defect/change request tracking, documentation, work product review, unit testing and environment management.
• Review requirements / user stories and provide feedback to the team. Includes participation/input to the requirements process
• Help the QA and functional team to identify and define testing strategies for existing and new features, oversees implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards
• Ability to ensure that solutions developed by development teams fit the business needs
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in evening hours (2pm to 11pm IST)

• Should have overall NetSuite experience of 3+ years
• Should have 2+ years of experience in Suitecommerce Advanced (SCA).
• Should have 2+ year experience with SuiteScript 2.x. Experience in Suitescript 1.0 is a plus.
• Should have a good understanding of HTML 5 / CSS 3 / JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular JS, React JS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SuiteCommerce Advanced architecture and development tools
• Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced Extensions framework
• Should have experience with Netsuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards
• Good functional understanding of O2C, P2P, MFG and R2R processes
• Experience with integration of 3rd party applications like Dell Boomi or Celigo is a plus
• Experience with SuiteConnect and SDF is a plus.
• Experience with structured query language (PL/SQL), relational database design, and stored procedure with Oracle is a plus
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learning, independent thinking and ability to offer alternative solutions is highly desired.
• Familiar with software quality assurance best practices & methodologies, and tools like Jira, GIT, etc.
