The IT Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, conducting assessments to identify skills and counseling needs, and developing individualized training plans. The role also involves coordinating with training professionals to ensure effective delivery of training programs, monitoring student progress, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their career goals.
