Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Execute IT initiatives for business software selection, implementation, roll-out, and support. Convert business requirements into system specifications. Manage infrastructure and compliance-related IT initiatives. Plan and execute projects within time and cost constraints. Provide technical and functional support, liaising with end-users, business teams, and BSG teams. Identify risks and handle trade-offs in requirements and implementation. Develop and maintain build, deployment, and unit test procedures. Desired Profile: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in Banking & Financial Services. Strong knowledge of Oracle database, Shell Scripting, AIX, and Linux commands. Integration experience with Finacle, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking (preferred). Familiarity with risk management initiatives. Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow (preferred). Team leadership and strong communication skills. Self-starter with negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Technical Skills: Web Technologies: Java/JSP Database: MSSQL, Oracle Knowledge of SDLC & project management methodologies (PMI, DevOps). API Integration & Shell Scripting at an intermediate level.
