Job Description

Position: DGM / Sr. Manager – Cloud Sales
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
Reporting To: VP – Sales
Shift Timing: General (Must be available 24×7)

Role Overview

The Cloud Sales professional will be responsible for driving SaaS, VDI, and multi-cloud solution sales, acquiring new clients, managing enterprise relationships, and achieving annual revenue targets. The role demands a self-motivated, proactive individual with strong communication skills, deep technical understanding, and proven success in enterprise cloud/VDI sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling SaaS or IT services.
  • Demonstrate passion, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Deliver outstanding verbal and written communication, including conducting presentations.
  • Build and maintain constructive, cooperative, and long-term client relationships.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Show initiative, reliability, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Possess experience working in a global technology product company with large enterprise sales.

Primary Skill Set

  • Cloud Certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year experience selling VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware, Accops, Windows Virtual Desktop).
  • Proven achievement of minimum USD 1 Million VDI sales target annually.
  • Strong understanding of VDI solutions, sales processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in multi-cloud sales.
  • Established relationships with OEM partners: Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, AWS, Google, Accops.
  • Proficient in sales & CRM database management; ability to ensure accurate forecasts and timely pipeline updates.
  • Ability to create and present impactful sales presentations focused on VDI-based solutions.
  • Self-starter with capability to manage multiple tasks, regional sales responsibilities, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to improving sales and prospecting techniques.
  • Highly motivated by strong commission-based earning opportunities.

Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in sales within a SaaS-based product or technology company.

  • Willingness to learn continuously.
  • Team player with people-management capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
