Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for solution-oriented selling, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Maintain and update client data and sales pipeline in CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
