Key accountabilities: Managing business change requests and providing Level 3 and 4 support for both Clockify and Chrome River, ensuring these systems evolve with business needs and deliver strategic value to the organisation. The role will be split equally, with 50% of time dedicated to Clockify and 50% to Chrome River. The Business Systems Analyst (Clockify & Chrome River) will manage business change initiatives and provide expert-level support for both systems. This strategic role involves analysing complex requirements, designing system enhancements, and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure both platforms support organisational objectives. Strong business analysis, project management, and technical expertise are essential for success in this role. Key activities and responsibilities : Own and manage the business change request process for both Clockify and Chrome River Provide Level 3 and 4 support for complex system issues, acting as the escalation point for advanced troubleshooting Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and translate these into system requirements Design and implement strategic enhancements to both Clockify and Chrome River, ensuring alignment with business objectives Lead the evaluation and testing of new system features and functionality for both platforms Develop and maintain strategic documentation including business cases, change impact assessments, and future state proposals Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution options Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to prioritise and schedule system improvements Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for optimisation. Stay current with product roadmaps for both systems and advise on upgrade planning Ideal Education / Specific Qualifications/ Certifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP) or equivalent. Ideal Experience, Knowledge & Skills (What abilities should they have?) : In addition to the qualifications/Certifications outlined above, what experience would be best for the role? Proven experience managing business change requests in enterprise systems Extensive experience providing Level 3/4 support for business applications Strong business analysis skills with the ability to document complex requirements Experience designing and implementing system enhancements in time tracking and/or expense management systems Proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis techniques Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership Knowledge of Clockify and Chrome River administration capabilities Understanding of integration methodologies between enterprise systems. Project management experience in an IT/business systems context.
