about the role 1. Job Purpose To act as subject matter expert and provide domain or tool/technology specific expertise across multiple applications 2. Key Result Areas To contribute and participate in IT studies. To provide end to end support for implementation of the solution Review and delivery of functional documents and system design - operational procedures, logical data model, functional architecture for multiple tools and technologies. Suggest and implement functional solutions for the requirements transversally. Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements Provide technical support during UAT and go live Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects Level 3 support to production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA Follow Agile/SAFE processes Support regression and integration testing Coach team members on functional and business knowledge of application(s) about you 3. Skills and Knowledge Educational Qualifications B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent Relevant Experience Minimum 5/6+ years Marketing IT Professional with Adobe Marketo Engage AD0-E559 Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert certification Desired Key Skills Marketo Marketing Automation Administration CRM Integration (Salesforce etc.) Campaign Execution Automation Lead Management Nurturing Data Analysis Reporting Testing Performance Metrics Workflow Process Automation Business Requirements Gathering Stakeholder Communication Training Cross-Functional Collaboration Desired Role/Responsiblities Managed and optimized marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and lead conversion. Designed, implemented, and analyzed multi-channel campaigns, resulting in increased engagement and revenue growth. Partnered with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless CRM integration, enhancing data accuracy and efficiency. Conducted testing and performance analysis to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys. Developed and presented reports on campaign performance, lead scoring, and customer behavior to senior stakeholders. Led Marketo implementation and optimization to enhance marketing automation and nurture workflows. Provided training and support to internal teams on best practices for Marketo and CRM usage. Collaboration with IT and cross functional teams to improve marketing analytics and reporting processes, CRM integration and data integrity. Led Marketo product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Defined and prioritized Marketo product enhancements, working closely with developers and stakeholders. Led the implementation and scaling of Marketo features to meet business requirements. Managed stakeholder expectations and communicated product vision effectively across teams. Good functional knowledge of API s and other integrations. Good solution architect mindset to provide solutions to the business, IT and stakeholders. Strong experience with Marketo Automation tools, functional Knowledge of Marketo core concepts. Prepare impact analysis documents, recommendations, executive briefings Organize and chair workshops with business users to refine requirements with quick POC s and propose/validate system implementation approaches Identify dependencies on external systems and manage them across other IT departments Produce key deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project, for IT use as well as for business owners, such as solution proposals, user acceptance test plans, dependency matrices.
