As a Software Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored post-sales services to local accounts. Your role involves responding to a variety of queries and implementing proactive monitoring to prevent issues. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing requirements and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, you will troubleshoot IT infrastructure problems, adhere to standards, support operational plans, and perform assigned tasks under supervision.
