IT & Technology Manager Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience: 5-12 years Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or related field (Masters preferred) Job Summary: Museum of Solutions (MuSo) is seeking an IT & Technology Manager to lead IT infrastructure, network security, digital assets, and vendor management. This role will ensure seamless IT operations, data security, and digital transformation while supporting business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and server management (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs). Manage IT service operations, troubleshooting, and support to ensure smooth business operations. Lead technology implementation, software upgrades, and cybersecurity protocols . Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for IT solutions and compliance. Ensure ITIL standards, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans are followed. Handle budgeting, procurement, and IT asset management . Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with industry regulations . Key Skills Required: IT Infrastructure Management Servers, Networks, Cloud Computing Networking & Security LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, Cybersecurity ITIL & Service Management – IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, Backup Solutions Vendor & Stakeholder Management – IT Contracts, Procurement, Budgeting Project Management & Compliance – IT Strategy, Process Optimization, IT Policies Preferred Certifications (Good to Have): Networking & Security: CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CEH Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications IT Service Management: ITIL Certification Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2 Why Join Us?
