The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that address complex business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionalities and ensure the effective delivery of IT services. Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis of user requirements and develop comprehensive functional specifications for IT solutions. Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of advanced IT systems and applications. Provide expert support for IT systems, including intricate troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions across the organization. Document procedures, processes, and configurations for future reference and training. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and efficiency. Stay informed of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT sector. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT analysis, support, or related roles. Strong expertise in ITIL concepts and methodologies. In-depth understanding of software development, database management, and networking concepts. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
