Role - IT Administrator Job Roles Manage IT Infrastructure, Application Maintenance, Desktop Support Services, Devops Preferred candidate profile Internal IT (Must) General user support Microsoft AD/Entra ID. Managing Users and Systems. Reviewing and resolving vulnerabilities on the estate Troubleshooting (Must) General Investigation into issues Ability to resolve an issue based on the investigations Application Upgrades (Must) Follow the provided documentation to run customer upgrades. EG Taking AppR version on version A to version B. Tooling is listed below. run/use these following tools Git Ansible Python / Pulumi Atlassian (Ideal) Experience using Jira, Confluence, etc.. Even better if they have administered. Cloud (Ideal) Any provider (Azure, GCP, AWS, ...) Any Experience Or Certifications in an Cloud provider. Automation (Nice to have) Any experience with automated tools such as Git Ansible Python / Powershell Terraform / Pulumi Docker / Kubernetes / Anything Containerisation related.
