1.Office 365 Management:**Proficiently handle Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal usage and troubleshooting issues as theyarise.2. Firewall Knowledge:**Manage and maintain firewall configurations to ensure network security and prevent unauthorizedaccess.3. Access Point Configuration:**Configure and maintain access points to provide seamless and secure connectivity for all users.4. Laptop Hardware Expertise:**Possess in-depth knowledge of laptop hardware components, diagnose hardware problems, andperform necessary repairs or replacements.5. Hardware Support:**Provide timely and effective support for hardware-related issues, resolving problems efficiently tominimize downtime.6. Cloud Technologies:**Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of cloudresources.
