Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in contract and claims management in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage and record contract documentation, ensuring 'best in class' performance. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Legal, IT), analyze contract terms and conditions, prepare and conduct educational sessions, and much more. Youll specifically take care of organizing contract performance reviews, tracking obligations fulfillment, coordinating corrective actions and commercial audits, as well as handling negotiations for contract changes, renewals, and terminations. Well look to you for: Recording and maintaining contracts in a central repository Documenting governance structures and managing stakeholder interactions Creating and managing an obligations tracker Organizing contract education sessions and performance reviews Coordinating dispute resolutions and commercial audits Tracking invoices and payments Developing and negotiating contractual frameworks and supplier relationships All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
