Role Overview: Hiring Senior QMS Quality Assurance Person will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). This position is essential for ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001-15000) and managing client audits. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance, contributing to our mission of delivering superior products. Key Responsibilities: Manage Client Audits: Lead and coordinate client audits, ensuring all requirements are met and documented effectively. Implement ISO Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-15000 standards within the organization, ensuring compliance across all departments. Non-Conformance (NC) Closures: Independently assess audit findings and provide effective NC closures to ensure timely resolution of issues. Quality Assurance Protocols: Establish and oversee quality assurance protocols to guarantee that products meet regulatory and internal quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives that enhance overall product quality. Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001-15000) and experience managing client audits. Proven ability to independently handle NC closures and implement corrective actions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Male candidates preferred due to team dynamics. Certifications in quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) are an advantage.
