Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ISO Auditor Lead role located in Vadodara. The ISO Auditor Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards. Responsibilities include evaluating internal processes, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ISO auditing, compliance, and implementation
• Knowledge of quality management systems and risk assessment
• Strong understanding of industry-specific standards in oil and gas, petrochemicals, and related fields
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with collaboration tools and cross-functional team management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certifications in ISO standards auditing or quality management systems are preferred
