Your Role Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for internal and client projects. Create custom AI agents and chatbots using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or ChatGPT APIs. Use N8N , Make (Integromat) , or Zapier to connect apps and automate repetitive tasks. Identify business processes that can be automated and design efficient solutions. Provide strategic advice on AI adoption and workflow improvement. Document and train internal teams or clients on automation systems. What You’ll Need Proven experience in automation tools (N8N, Make, or Zapier). Knowledge of OpenAI APIs , chatbot frameworks , or AI agent development. Good understanding of API integrations , webhooks , and data flows. Strong problem-solving mindset and a love for experimentation. Excellent communication skills — ability to explain logic in simple words. Flexible, self-driven, and eager to learn emerging tools fast. Nice to Have Familiarity with Twilio, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets API. Experience in marketing automation , lead generation , or workflow optimization. Interest in AI trends, LLMs , or building no-code/low-code solutions.
