Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions. Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide training and support to end-users on iScala functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iScala applications. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience working with iScala ERP solutions. Strong understanding of financial modules within iScala . Proficiency in programming languages relevant to iScala customization (e. g. , SQL, C#, etc. ). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
