Job Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential and existing customers to offer solutions based on their financial needs.
Handleinbound and outbound callsto guide leads through the sales process.
No cold calling leads are pre-qualified and interested customers will be provided.
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team as necessary.
Manage sales tools such asCRM softwareto track performance.
Domestic process with day shiftsand fixed timings.
Work schedule:5.5 days a week;Sunday, 2nd & 3rd Saturdays are off.
Pick-and-drop facilityfrom the nearest metro station is available.

Qualifications & Experience:

Fresh graduates
or candidates with
up to 3 years of experience
in telesales, mortgages, or loans are welcome.
Undergraduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred:
Graduates, P.G., or MBAs with a background in sales/finance.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong
convincing and selling skills
with a customer-focused attitude.
Proficient in
English communication.
Confident, energetic, and well-presented.
Ability to work efficiently with
sales tools (CRM software).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:
15,000 25,000 CTC per month +
Incentives
based on performance.
Additional benefits:
ESIC, PF, Gratuity as per law, and group insurance coverage.
