As IS Global End User Workplace Lead, you will drive innovation, security, and service excellence across our Robotics business, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity worldwide.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will define and execute a modern workplace strategy that balances user experience with compliance and security. You will lead a global team responsible for endpoint management, collaboration platforms, telephony, identity services, and PKI. Working closely with senior management, R&D, digital teams, and key business stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.

  • Drive the transformation of end-user experience by implementing modern workplace technologies and digital solutions.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle management of end-user devices (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals, telephony) ensuring efficiency and standardization.
  • Lead identity and access management services, ensuring secure and seamless integration with HR and IT systems.
  • Enhance user satisfaction through remote support, self-service portals, automation, and close collaboration with Information Security on secure OS deployment, patching, software distribution, and endpoint protection.
  • Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional delivery, monitor service performance, and provide executive-level reporting on strategic workplace initiatives with global business impact.

Your background:

  • More than 10 years of leadership experience in workplace technology and endpoint management.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and M365.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and system integration.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
