As a Senior Product Consultant, you will be responsible for ideating and recommending innovative solutions that address critical business challenges and opportunities within your domain Working closely with business stakeholders, you ll gain a deep understanding of their requirements and guide them towards strategic, impactful solutions You ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, providing insights and recommendations to ensure that the product vision aligns with client objectives and market demands Key responsibilities: Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Product Solutioning: Identify, develop, and maintain solutions that align with business strategies and objectives, ensuring they meet both technical and commercial requirements. Strategic Consulting: Offer expertise in product best practices and market trends to guide the business in making informed decisions that maximize the products impact. Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their business needs, present tailored product solutions, and communicate complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, using these insights to inform and strengthen product strategies. Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years in product consulting, product management, or a similar role, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions in a B2B environment. Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Air Cargo or logistics domain is preferred. Technical Expertise: Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and emerging technologies relevant to product innovation. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Good to have skills: Experience in working with emerging technologies like generative ai, blockchain, machine learning, IoT etc. Experience in agile methodologies and general project management. Good appreciation for the business/commercial impact of solution design and architecture.
