Key Responsibilities: Programming Expertise: Leverage your strong programming skills to independently manage and execute various tasks with minimal supervision. Data Integration Design: Lead the design and implementation of data integrations between HIE partners and internal On-prem/Cloud systems using InterSystems IRIS. Debugging & Defect Resolution: Identify and resolve defects in InterSystems IRIS related to internal solutions, ensuring smooth operation and system efficiency. Custom Object Scripts: Develop tailored object scripts to meet specific client needs and enhance system functionalities. Message Transformation: Create XSLTs and DTLs to seamlessly convert CCDA/FHIR/HL7 messages into SDA format and vice versa. Systems Development & Support: Generate design and technical specifications from business requirements, ensuring systems are developed and supported to meet organizational needs. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and technical leads, participating in code reviews and adhering to best practices. Required Skills: Software Development: A strong background in software development is essential for this role. Time Management: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage time efficiently, with a proactive and highly organized approach. InterSystems IRIS & ObjectScript: In-depth experience working with InterSystems IRIS, particularly within the healthcare domain, along with expertise in ObjectScript. Integration Protocols: Familiarity with key integration protocols, such as TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP. DTL Mappings: Ability to create DTL mappings from SDA and design workflows to process documents effectively. Custom Business Services & Operations: Experience in developing custom business services, processes, and operations. Messaging Standards: Expertise in messaging standards like CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON, and XML, ensuring smooth communication and data flow across systems.
