Role & responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements and budget.Develop creative interior design concepts including space planning, material selection and color coordination.Create and present 2D/3D design proposals by using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3Ds Max.Collaborate with vendors, contractors, machine operators and project teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.Effectively communicate design concepts and convert leads to successful projects. Prepare and deliver client presentations, quotations and cost estimates. Handle negotiations and ensure project closures while meeting sales targetsMaintain long term client relationships and provide sales supportPreferred candidate profile Bachelors / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Canva and other Design tools.Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.Overall project management from marking to site handover.Looking for Immediate Joiners
