Position Overview: We are seeking Sales & Implementation Executives with 6 months to 2 years of experience, preferably with a commerce background (B.Com or equivalent). The role combines field sales, client onboarding, and software implementation responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation Identify and engage prospective clients in the agri-business ecosystem. Conduct both online and offline product demonstrations of our ERP solutions. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and drive subscriptions. Achieve defined monthly targets, especially during the initial 3-month training period. Software Implementation and Data Entry Carry out on-site and remote implementation of ERP solutions at client locations. Train users and support client teams in adopting the software. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates during and post-implementation. Mobile Application Monitoring Monitor the usage of CropBiz’s mobile application by clients. Identify issues, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Daily Monitoring and Reporting Submit detailed daily reports covering: o Client engagements and implementation status o Data entry activities and any discrepancies o Mobile application usage by clients o Sales leads and progress updates Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of work experience in sales or implementation roles B. Com/ BCA or equivalent commerce degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with regular travel for field work Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain ERP solutions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
