Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.• Drive marketing initiatives to promote the brand and generate qualified leads.• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C clients, B2B agents, corporate clients, and key travel partners.• Promote domestic and international travel packages, custom itineraries, and group tours.• Identify new markets, emerging travel trends, and opportunities for business expansion.• Oversee end-to-end travel operations, including itinerary planning, bookings, visa processing, and customer support.• Coordinate with vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs) to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.• Ensure the seamless execution of group tours, FIT (Free Independent Traveler) packages, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. Key Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).• 3+ years of experience.• Strong product knowledge in travel services and destination management.• Proven network of B2B agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
