Job Description:
The IPQA Officer ensures consistent product quality during manufacturing by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with GMP and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process checks during production and packaging.
Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor critical process parameters and record observations.
Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis.
Support validation, line clearance, and batch documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
6 month of IPQA experience in pharma or similar industry.
Good understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
