Hello Candidate, Greetings of the day from Hungry Bird !! We are currently hiring for IPQA for one of our client. Location : Hyderabad Job Summary The Shift IPQA is responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards on the production floor. This includes conducting inspections, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Shift IPQA also plays a key role in training shop floor team and communicating quality issues to management. Responsibilities: 1. Should maintain the company policy of personal hygiene, GMP and safety Requirements along with safeguarding the company assets as their primary responsibility. 2. Carrying-on ALC checks, OPRP, CCP monitoring in his shift. 3. Carrying-on shift wise checks for coding, weight monitoring, packing quality, seal checks. 4. Carry-Out challenge test for weighing balance. 5. Participate in trial validation and provide necessary support. 6. Collect the required quantity of retention sample and transfer to retention sample room. 7. Verify and ensure the compliance to customer requirements, GMP, GHK, company, quality and food safety policy. 8. Ensure proper communication among Inter & Intra departmental. 9. Carry-Out quality checks and update quality department lot packing records. 10. Prepare and share shift wise Quality and RCP report to HOD. 11. Carry-Out the vacuum leak testing. 12. Monitor and communicate any pest related issue to pest control service provider. 13. Monitor and control excess give away. Authorities 1. To provide training to shop floor team on quality and food safety and customer requirements. 2. To participate in sensory session in his shift. 3. To hold the non-complied or OOS product (SFG/FG). 4. To stop the process and packing line in case of any deviations or failure of OPRP or CCP Malfunction. 5. To conduct incoming vehicle inspection and provide necessary clearance and communication to Ware house team. 6. To give line clearance post break down, maintenance, cleaning to start the operations. 7. To carry incoming material testing and inspection and approve to release the material to production. 8. To approve the FG during packing post carrying necessary online checks.
