Job Description

We are looking for IPQA person in Nutralike Formulation Pvt Ltd. Company.

Qualification: B.sc/M.sc/B.pharm/M-Pharm

Exp: Fresher May Applied or 1-3 yrs experience

Line Clearance:
Ensure the manufacturing area is clean and free from any leftover material or documents from previous batches.
Verify proper labeling and status boards.
In-Process Checks:
Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, temperature, and weight variation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
Perform online sampling (e.g., blend uniformity, tablet weight, capsule fill weight).
Packaging Line Checks:
Check label accuracy, batch coding, and proper sealing.
Verify packaging material against specifications.
Deviation Handling:
Identify and report deviations during manufacturing or packaging.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Documentation:
Review and sign BMRs/BPRs (Batch Processing Records).
Ensure real-time and error-free documentation.
Sampling:
Draw samples for in-process testing and stability studies.
Ensure samples are labeled and stored as per SOP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
