Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IPD Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The IPD Executive will be responsible for coordinating patient admissions, managing patient records, and ensuring high-quality care for all patients. The role involves liaising with healthcare professionals, managing patient queries, and overseeing the day-to-day operations within the inpatient department. The IPD Executive is expected to maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing patient admissions, record keeping, and patient care coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage
