Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Outline: 1. Coordination of IP Patients' Discharges : a) From doctor's Advise till patient Physically vacate b) Ensuring all services closure before discharge initiation c) Clear and Compassionate discharge counselling and discharge status updates d) Adherence to defined Cash and Insurance discharge TATs e) Fond farewell to IP patients2. "SPOC" for patient care coordination across all departments: a) Follow up to obtain billing clearances for procedures and investigations b) Follow up on available slots for IP investigations/procedures c) Coordinate patients' transfer in and and transfer outs d) Quick response to non clinical requests3. Monitoring and enhancing patients' experiences: a) Daily patient wards rounds b) Provide Personalised and dignified services to IP Patients c) Escalate any service shortfalls and ensure quick resolution d) Yashoda Tender Loving and Care - Initiatives to enhance experience 4. Handling patient feedback & providing quick resolution: i. Meet patients' family and seek feedback. ii. Handling and quick closure of any escalations iii. Obtain 3-4 well written google reviews per staff with Yashoda Hospitals branding Preferences:Read, write and speak three languages—English, Hindi and Telugu
