About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead iOS Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications. Job Description: Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers to build scalable, high-performance mobile applications. Architect and develop iOS applications using SwiftUI, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and architecture, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth, bug-free releases and efficient debugging. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure the development of clean, well-structured code. Manage the full app lifecycle from concept through to deployment, ensuring deadlines are met and user satisfaction is achieved. Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and frameworks when appropriate. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing app performance. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 7 to 10 Years of experience in iOS app development. Must have extensive experience with SwiftUI and be proficient in leveraging it for building modern, declarative UI. Strong experience with Swift , UIKit , and Combine . Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and frameworks. Solid understanding of iOS design patterns and best practices (MVC, MVVM, etc.). Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills. Experience with Core Data , Core Animation , and Core Graphics . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
