Support - Investor Relations Market Presence Decide content and finalized report to be published in weekly and monthly internal reports about companys financials, investor concerns etc. through various analyses Prepare and finalize quarterly and yearly reports by interfacing with the finance department about the organizations quarter and annual results and circulating reports to investors Liaison with government and regulatory authorities as and when required Circulation of information (quarterly earnings) to investors & analysts Coordinate and organize for plant visits for investors & media professionals Prepare for event driven press releases such as credit ratings, new acquisitions & joint ventures Investor Events Organize investor conferences and road shows and arrange meetings with investors/ institutions to showcase Spark Minda Group groups performance and growth potential to build confidence among the investor community and raise funds Attract long term institutional investors through quarterly earning presentations, annual report & investor conference calls Timely preparation, updating and circulation of Investor Presentation & IR Activity report in coordination with group companies Compliance Prepare consolidated financial excel spreadsheet model with required capital market ratios / analysis for capital market Implement effective corporate governance & ensure compliance Periodically conduct board meetings and share notes with stakeholders Qualifications : MSW (Master of Social Work)
