Investor Relations & Pitch Deck Specialist IIT/IIM

Baby Bloom IVF fertility & IVF center with world-class facilities across Gurgaon, Dwarka, and Rohtak. With one of the highest IVF success rates in the country, we are now scaling to reach more couples across India. To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic professional to lead investor communications and fundraising presentations.

Role Overview:

We are looking a highly skilled individual (preferably IIT/IIM graduate) with strong experience in fundraising, investor relations, and pitch deck creation. This person will be responsible for preparing compelling investor presentations, pitching Baby Bloom IVF to potential investors, and managing end-to-end investor communications on behalf of the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design professional Pitch Decks, Business Plans, and Financial Models tailored to investors.
• Represent Baby Bloom IVF in investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with the Founder and internal team to craft the growth story, market positioning, and investment opportunity.
• Handle end-to-end investor communication: from initial outreach, Q&A handling, and follow-ups to final closure.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to strengthen the business case.
• Provide strategic advice on fundraising, investment structuring, and valuation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM from IIMs or B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs (or equivalent top-tier institutes).
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, VC/PE firms, or startup investor relations.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in healthcare, fertility, or startup ecosystem is a strong plus.
