About the Role The Office of the CEO & Founder is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to be the operational backbone of the Founder's day-to-day life, seamlessly blending professional and personal support. Key Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in maximizing the Founder's productivity and managing her professional engagements: High-Level Calendar and Time Management: Strategically manage the Founder's complex meeting schedule, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing commitments. Own the Founder's 'To-Do' list, ensuring timely follow-up on critical tasks. Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including flight, accommodation, and ground transportation booking. Content and Presentation Creation: Design, develop, and refine professional presentations, documents, and visual content using tools like PowerPoint and Canva. Stakeholder Engagement: Professionally represent and accompany the CEO & Founder to key client meetings, ensuring necessary documentation and support is available. Project Assistance: Provide essential on-site support during corporate video and media shoots to facilitate the Founder’s participation. Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive operational support to the CEO & Founder’s office as required. Candidate Profile (Person Specification) Qualifications & Experience Experience: 0–5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support capacity. Technology Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Keep) and a working knowledge of Canva.
