Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining accurate records of all inventory-related activities. This includes monitoring stock levels, performing regular audits, and ensuring efficient stock movement to meet operational and business needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the inventory management system. Perform regular stock audits to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering processes to prevent stock outs or overstocking. Preparation of Stock Statements to bank Analyse inventory data to identify trends and implement improvements in inventory management. Work closely Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tally ERP Vendor. Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in inventory management or a related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Tally ERP is good. Bachelor's degree in Commerce/MBA Finance Perks and benefits As per Industry standards
