Job Description

1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
Identify and report any stock discrepancies or damages.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

Prepare GRN (Goods Received Notes) for all received items.
Update stock registers, ERP systems, or inventory software.
Maintain proper documentation for material transfers, returns, and consumption.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with the purchase department for order follow-ups.
Work closely with production, kitchen, or operations teams for material requirements.
Liaise with vendors for delivery timelines and quality concerns.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure items received are as per purchase order specifications.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and batch details.
Follow FIFO / FEFO inventory methods.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

5. Reporting

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Highlight slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving items.
Report stock shortages, excesses, and wastage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
